ShurShip™ accelerated delivery
We currently use FedEx UPS and United States Postal Service, bringing you the best affordable service available. As with any ground service delivery is imprecise. That is, residential ground service is not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain number of days. See ShurShip™ details below.
We recommend that you maintain a safety stock amount of BD™ on hand so that your pets will not have to do without BD™. An example of this would be as follows. Always get your deliveries in 1 month lots so that you have a reserve of product. Depending on the size and number of your pets, you will probably want to order your next delivery when you are halfway through your stock. It is not practical to rely on exact timing. This will most likely result in running out of food. If you are not on a program with properly scheduled shipping dates, there is a better chance of a break down.
You may need to work out with your delivery person where to leave your packages, especially in rural routes and snowed in conditions
ShurShip™ - "Gets your package out faster!"
Orders normally are shipped out between 4-8 business days. This is our typical backlog.we will ship 2 nd 3rd day air or overnight however It is cost prohibitive to ship heavy parcels faster than ground rate. While orders are shipped ground, we can still offer a way to get your parcel out of our door and to you sooner. For tighter control and more certainty you may add any of our 3 levels of: ShurShip™, Urgent ShurShip™, or Extreamly Urgent ShurShip™ to any order.
Parcels may be up to 70 lbs. each. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm MST. ShurShip™ services also prevent your shipment from being bumped during heavy traffic. In the unlikely event of a failure to ShurShip™ within the correct amount of business days, your ShurShip™ cost will be applied as a credit on your account. We offer no absolute guarantees. We can not be held responsible for the performance and service of the shipper.
